A new beginning…

We are happy to announce that after years of website-absence on our part, we have decided to create a blog in order to establish a direct relationship with our customers. Do write, ask, comment, critique, criticize, encourage, support, quiz, correct, request recipes, and most of all, do not hesitate to try our Olio Verde, raw for finishing or spicing up a dish, or in cooking for sautéeing, searing, braising, grilling, baking. You can always find a bottle via our distribution network and their retailers (click on our “Buy” page, above, for further information). We also retail directly from Sicily (but US residents are better off purchasing from the above-mentioned network in the States) and will be happy to respond to any questions in regards to sourcing our olive oil. Thank you for staying in touch!   - Gab

Hello, I have a market in Stockton New Jersey USA. and carry Castelvetrona Olives and love them and would also love to carry your Olio Verde. Could you tell me how to buy this wholesale. Thanks Dawn

Dear Dawn McBeth,
Surely you must have received our answer via separate mail by now (Importer/distributor: http://www.manicaretti.com). Please let us know if you have become an Olio Verde retailer so we may inform our customers in NJ about this new purchase source. Also, remember to query our distributors for the freshpress olive oil, Olio Verde NOVELLO, which we are in the midst of producing now. Importers will be flying Olio Verde Novello in by the end of October and it is due to be made available for wholesale to retailers and chefs in the US, based on pre-orders, in early November already. Don’t hesitate to contact them now, to ensure your special cases of unique, deeply green, fruity, balanced, lush Olio Verde Novello! Thank you for your interest. Gabriella Becchina
